A credit based model allows us to ensure a transparent and fair pricing policy as a partner who’s invested in your growth.

How does it work?

You pick a plan based on your expected credit consumption to book a per credit price. You pay in advance for a minimum commitment of consumption and overage is charged at the same price per credit.

For example, Alex pays you for a 6 months service plan, Alex consumes 6 credits.

FAQs

How many clients can I serve with any plan?

The easiest way to determine this is to know the minimum duration of any service plan you offer to clients. 

Say, you offer a service plan with a minimum duration of 3 months.

With a 3-month service plan, you will consume 3 credits anytime a client signs up for the plan.

Therefore, if you subscribe to a plan with 300 credits billed semi-annually, you’ll be able to serve approximately 100 clients on the 3-month service plan during your billing period.

What are the differences between the plans?

For any specific type of practice(Solo, Small, Pro, Beast), the difference between the plans is in the number of credits you purchase upfront.

The more credits you purchase, the larger discount you receive for them.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime you want without any penalties or hidden costs.

Can I change (upgrade/downgrade) my plan?

Absolutely! We make it very easy for you to upgrade or downgrade to other plans to suit your needs better.

How do I pay for my subscription?

You can pay for your subscription using a Debit or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, or Mastercard. All amounts shown are in INR and exclude any applicable tax.

Who is a team member?

A ‘team member’ can either be a Practitioner or an Admin User.

A practitioner is someone who offers a service plan, can be assigned clients, and works directly with them.An admin user is someone who doesn’t handle clients directly but helps you with the business. People like accountants, receptionists, bookkeepers,  business developers, and other professionals will be admin users.

Do I pay extra for any additional team members?

With our team plans, we offer up to 5, 10 & 20 team member slots, suited for small to group practices. 

If you want more team member slots without upgrading to other plans, additional users can be added @ ₹ 500 per user per month

What is credit-based pricing?

A credit-based pricing model offers a flexible solution to charge you fairly for using our services.

We define 1 credit as 1 month of service plan you offer to clients.So, if a client signs up for your 6-month service plan, you consume 6 credits. 

Subsequently, 0.25 credit equals 7 day or 1 week service plan, which is the minimum credit unit to be consumed.

We only charge for the total no. of credits you consume during your billing period. Nothing more, nothing less.

Credits are also replenished if you process a refund and no additional credits are charged for plan freeze or holiday extensions. 

You can always monitor & audit your credit consumption in the passbook section under Payments.

How much does 1 credit cost?

The base price for 1 credit is ₹ 199.However, with our plans, we offer a bunch of credits upfront at a heavily discounted price. (50-70% discounts)

Do One-time consults consume credits?

No. One-time consults are not applicable for credit consumption. You can offer unlimited one-time consultations with any plan.

What if I cannot use all of my credits?

Any credits you purchase in a plan are valid only during the respective billing period.

Therefore, remaining credits do not get carried forward to the next billing cycle if you cannot use all of your credits.

What happens when I consume extra credits? (Overage Charges)

Any extra credits you consume will be charged at the base price of ₹ 199 per credit and adjusted at the end of your subscription cycle.

Say, you purchase a plan with 300 credits billed semi-annually. If by the end of your billing cycle, you end up consuming 350 credits, the 50 extra credits will be charged for a total of 199x50 = ₹ 9950.

We call these extra costs, overage charges.

How can I avoid the overage charges?

In order to avoid the overage charges, we recommend you select a plan with more credits upfront. 

Or, you can always renew your subscription early on, before the end of your billing cycle.

Are there any additional set-up/onboarding costs?

Absolutely not! We do not charge for a first time set-up or onboarding on our software. It is absolutely free of cost to get started with Zoconut.

How does the 3-day free trial work?

It’s simple. You sign-up for the 3-day free trial where you get access to all the features of Zoconut & the e-diet app.

How do I make the most of the 3-day free trial?

To make the most of your free trial, we recommend,

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the free trial?

No, you do not need a credit or debit card to sign-up for the free trial.

What happens after my 3-day free trial is over?

You’ll receive a notification when your 3-day free trial gets over.
To continue using Zoconut, you will need to purchase a subscription plan.

Will Zoconut work in my country?

Zoconut is designed to work in every country. We use English as the operating language as the majority of our users are from English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, & India.

Will I be billed separately for any future updates?

Not at all! Once you buy a subscription plan, all future updates to both Zoconut & e-Diet apps will be included free of charge.
