  • Go to the communication section present on the bottom left side of the dashboard. 
  • Click on the refer & earn section. 
  • Click on ‘New Referral Offer’ to create a new referral offer.
  • A new dashboard will appear on referral offer activation.

For discount offer type 

  • Create a name for your referral offer
  • Select the Cover image for your referral offer
  • Choose discount (%) from the offer type section. 
  • Select the package that you want to create the referral offer for
  • Select any specific package duration to apply for a referral offer. Select ‘all duration’ to apply to all package duration.
  • Enter a discount % in the discount section. 
  • Enter the maximum number of referrals you choose to offer.
  • Write the referral offer description in the description section.  
  • Select the published status for activating the offer. 
  • Keep the status in draft mode if you want to keep the offer for future reference. 

For free plan type offer

  • Create a name for your referral offer to attract clients. 
  • Select the image for your referral 
  • Choose a free plan from the offer type section. 
  • Select the package that you want to create the referral offer for
  • Select any specific package duration to apply referral offer. Select ‘all duration’ to apply to all package duration.
  • Enter the maximum number of referrals you choose to offer.
  • Select the status of the offer whether you want to keep it in the draft or published.
  • Write the referral offer description in the description section.
  • Click on the activate button to activate the offer. 

 

For gift hamper type offers

  • Create a name for your referral offer to attract clients. 
  • Select the image for your referral 
  • Choose a gift plan from the offer type section.
  • Write the number of referrals in the no of referrals.
  • Select the status of the offer whether you want to keep it in the draft or published.
  • Write the gift hamper you’re offering in the description section
  • Click on the activate button to activate the offer.  

For redeeming referrals 

In this section, we will see how to redeem referrals

  • Go to the communication section present on the dashboard. 
  • Click on the refer & earn section.
  • Go to the redeem referral section present on the dashboard. 
  • Click on the redeem button available next to every client's name. 
  • Choose the offer type 
  • Select the offer available for the client. 
  • Select the program package of the client 
  • Click on the redeem button to redeem the offer.
